Mira Kaplan

My name is Mira Kaplan. I am a senior at Flintridge Prep and I love baking. I’ve been baking upwards of three times a week for the past three years and near daily more recently.

I love how baking gives me the opportunity to explore different cultures, including my Romanian heritage, and the relaxation it provides.
